He paired me up with Jesse Farquhar the Sales Advisor who went above and beyond. Even though I was nervous about the car buying process which is something I loathe and cringe whenever that time comes he was patient and had a lot of product knowledge. He set up expectations and what to expect. He kept checking in on me and how I was doing. He was extremely responsive prior to the sale and after. I met with Rodney Flood the Finance Manager who did nothing short of an amazing job helping things come together. Not only did I get my prior vehicle traded and lien paid off the car but, worked hard to get an approval to drive off the lot. He was transparent and understanding. He worked his magic into getting me the 2026 Toyota Camry SE. It was a two day process as it rolled in after hours. Due to my next day off I got paired with Tucker McMullan Finance Manager to do the signing. He was training a young lady and was thorough with the documentation being signed and what to expect. I ended up meeting with Yolanda Mascorro Delivery Specialist prior to signing who gave me a voucher to the gift shop as well as after to pair my vehicle to one of my two devices. Yolanda helped me understand how to use the Toyota app, pairing, the features of the vehicle and what comes with it as far as tech, the Toyota warranty, and more. Everyone was very welcoming and made this experience easier than at other dealerships I have been too. Very clean showroom and bathroom. Theres a gift shop/Parts. A cafe area and on the show room they kept coming asking if I needed a drink or snack as I waited. More
