I interacted with probably 5-6 employees between 4-5 visits leading up to purchase. All of them were great. Between emails and phone calls Ace handled all of it very well. And the finance manager Marie who handled the loan process was very nice and easy to work with. What i like was a few times i stopped Ace was not available but those that helped me still took time with me even though they knew Ace was helping me. Just a great team of people. Not pleased with service I received ! My car was still under warranty and you didn’t fix it correctly it continued to get worse , until warranty went bad then you decided to tell me what My car was still under warranty and you didn’t fix it correctly it continued to get worse , until warranty went bad then you decided to tell me what was wrong and that it would be close to 7000 . I was working with a manager two different times which both were fired and I got left with nothing but payments in a car that had severe issues and a repair bill that wasn’t my responsibility. You are unorganized, unprofessional and you do not back up your warranties . Big disappointment my family who had purchased cars from you all will never purchase from you again , also many complaints from other people ! Good luck ! More

Jesse called and made threats about what he thought was an unpaid bill when in fact it had been paid directly. If he had actually looked into it and did a little research, he would see the bill was in fact an unpaid bill when in fact it had been paid directly. If he had actually looked into it and did a little research, he would see the bill was in fact paid to the outside contractor and there was no need to threaten criminal action. I will never recommend key to anyone. More
