Absolutely the best service and parts dept I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I pass multiple other Land Rover/Jaguar dealerships on the way to Jaguar Land Rover Ocala and never regret it. There's the pleasure of dealing with. I pass multiple other Land Rover/Jaguar dealerships on the way to Jaguar Land Rover Ocala and never regret it. There's a cost for a clients time and expectations and the employees respect that and always go above and beyond to exceed them every time. I will always be a customer for life. "Feel like family" is a slogan plenty of business's throw around but Jaguar Land Rover Ocala is one of the very few that deliver on that promise to their customers and clients. A++++ More

They don't have time call you with an estimate. Emailed only after was told I would get a call. Email only when done. Was charged an extra 100. for using charge card. Did not tell be it was extra or I would of used debt or check. When the service guy handed me a paper to sign . I ask where is the price. It was not easy to see. I ask what the extra charge is. He didn't answer me. I say it would nice to know that before you can my card. He handed me my paper work and walked off to go get my car. He brought it around front and got out. Said if you have any questions call your service tech. The just walked off. More
