They don't have time call you with an estimate. Emailed only after was told I would get a call. Email only when done. Was charged an extra 100. for using charge card. Did not tell be it was extra or I would of used debt or check. When the service guy handed me a paper to sign . I ask where is the price. It was not easy to see. I ask what the extra charge is. He didn't answer me. I say it would nice to know that before you can my card. He handed me my paper work and walked off to go get my car. He brought it around front and got out. Said if you have any questions call your service tech. The just walked off. More

Our appointment time was scheduled for 9am for our annual service. Tire rotation, oil change. We requested a diagnostic on the heat issue. The appointment time took almost 5 hours. We live an hour away so th service. Tire rotation, oil change. We requested a diagnostic on the heat issue. The appointment time took almost 5 hours. We live an hour away so this took us from 8am to 4pm for service. Then, per usual, you get the entire packet of items that they say are wrong with your vehicle; the total for this came out to $17,000, mind you the car is 10 years old with >100,000 miles. Which is absolutely criminal. Especially since the night prior to my appointment at 7pm I received a call from the dealership asking to purchase my vehicle. So clearly there is something skewed. You want to purchase my 10 year old, 110,000 miles vehicle that is not worth $17,000? Or are your prices and diagnostics incorrect? We will be servicing the vehicle ourselves from now on. Whether or not it saves us money, it will save time and mental anguish. This is the reason people hate car dealerships. More

This dealership has always earned high praise from me. Again I compliment the service department. However, the battery on my car was replaced, but the process removed my email and password from then in Again I compliment the service department.
