From beginning to end, this has been the most amazing and professional car buying experience I have ever had! She let me know when manufacture was complete and we had a VIN, she let me know Honda's ETA, etc! She kept me abreast of every moment! This was a huge step for me and she guided me and kept me calm for the whole process! LOL I was extremely excited and nervous at the same time and I think she was just as excited for me! Once delivery day came, she had everything ready!! She showed me all the "bells & whistles" from front to back, top to bottom! She went above and beyond by giving me a tour to familiarize me with service, parts and the people that I may need or come in contact with in the future. The same with my finance guy Jesse! He had everything in order! We connected as if we had already known each other! I can't say enough good things!
