My salesman is Jesse Watkins of Lithia Reno. Jesse is very easy to work with and there was no pressure at all. Jesse gave me a price via the internet. I know that the price he gave me was a good one sinc very easy to work with and there was no pressure at all. Jesse gave me a price via the internet. I know that the price he gave me was a good one since I have been researching this vehicle for a while. I accepted his price without haggling. I went to the dealership to seal the deal. After we concluded, I told Jesse that this is the most pleasurable car buying experience I ever had. Everything went smoothly. I feel that Jesse went out of his way to make an excellent new car delivery. I am glad he was our salesman. More

Concerns with the Costco Auto Buy Program and this Dealership!! If you use Lithia Reno Subaru for the Costco Auto Buy Program, make sure they show you the Costco Members Only Price Sheet. Paul did not Dealership!! If you use Lithia Reno Subaru for the Costco Auto Buy Program, make sure they show you the Costco Members Only Price Sheet. Paul did not show us the sheet and misled us about the Costco price. He said the negotiated price was $500 higher than it actually was. He then said because they were really wanting to sell me the car he would give me an additional $500 off (which I found out later brought it to the negotiated price we were supposed to get with Costco anyway). At best this is misleading, at worst it is lying. When we were later negotiating for trade-in values, he said that because they are already losing money by "being nice" and giving us the extra $500 off, that they couldn't do any more for the trade-in. Paul was using leverage on a discount we were supposed to get in the first place, which again is misleading (or lying). Only after going home and contacting Costco was I able to discover all this. Big tip - get the Costco Members Only Price Sheet first!!!! Also while we were there, my husband was confronted by Calin. Calin was giving my husband a hard time as to why we didn't do our business through him. He implied clients were being stolen and he was bit aggressive about it. Our dealings with Calin was weeks before when we went in and said we ONLY wanted to test drive, which we did but of course he tried to sell to us then. When you sign up through the Costco program - a sales person is assigned to you - we didn't pick Paul he called us. For Calin to take out his frustrations with my husband was beyond unprofessional. Jesse was great on getting us through all the paperwork, financing, and showing all the features of the new car. Jesse was and has been very helpful in getting to the bottom of the inconsistencies we discovered after buying the car through the Costco program. In the end, we got the car we wanted for the price we were supposed to but I'm not sure we'll use Lithia Reno Subaru again. The unprofessional behavior and the misleading (or lying) we experienced certainly has made us not trust the dealership. More

I did a bit of research on the car and options I wanted before going to the dealer. Once I was there, Jesse asked a few questions but let me determine my course of action, which deviated a bit from what I before going to the dealer. We test drove models I was interested in, went back to the office and put together a couple of choices, options and prices, made the decision, done. I am happy with the car, the price and Jesse's patience and friendliness. I felt great about the whole process. This was not my first purchase from this dealer and it won't be the last. More

Jesse came in on his day off, worked like a dog to get us a great deal on our trade in and got us a new car at a better rate than was advertised. we will definitely be going back to get our next car for our a great deal on our trade in and got us a new car at a better rate than was advertised. we will definitely be going back to get our next car for our son next year. Purchase of a new car was the best deal after shopping around. The auto ordered was delayed; but, the dealership went the extra mile to provide the ordered car from another dealer, including some options around. I contacted Lithia Subaru to look at purchasing a new or newer Subaru Outback. My schedule is hectic, so my time is precious and Jessie and Doug were very sensitive to that. My contacts with them by email and voice mail were always responded to promptly and my questions always answered. Life happens, and it took me a few weeks to finally arrange to come in and finalize a purchase. In the past, when I've shopped other dealers, the sales people have wanted to bully and push when you start looking at a purchase... Not true at this dealer. This is a busy dealership, and yet every contact I had with Jessie and Doug left me knowing that it was important to them that I be a satisfied customer. They took the time to make sure they knew what I wanted, talked me through the options, and then worked through the paperwork and details in a timely manner. When I left, I left satisfied that I purchased the vehicle I wanted at a price I was willing to pay... And I got to work with great people in the process. More

Jesse was amazing. If every sales experience was this way there would be no stereo type of the cheesy car salesmen. Bought my first Subaru Outback in 2002 from you. Happy with sale, happy with the service. Especially happy with the car. Have driven the car for almost 11 years, trouble free, throught all kinds of weathe with sale, happy with the service. Especially happy with the car. Have driven the car for almost 11 years, trouble free, throught all kinds of weather and all kinds of conditions. Would not own anothr brand! This current purchase started throught the internet with Paul. We exchanged a number of emails, all pleasant, all helpful. This went on for a couple of months, until we finally decided to go to the agency and actually take a look and go for a drive. We were originally looking at a 2014 Forester, but once we saw the 2013 Outback, we changed our minds and decided to go outback. We were treated very well. Most of our dealings were with Jesse, very nice helpful young man, no pressure, no BS. We saw the car, we drove the car, we liked the car......we bought the car. At our age this will probably be our last car. But if we were around to by another it would be a Reno Subaru. I'm sure we will continue to get great service at your service department as we have in the past. More
