Jesse was professional and knowledgeable. He actually made the care buying service enjoyable. I liked the fact that I only dealt with him and the finance person, Cosmin Covaciu, who also was great to wo made the care buying service enjoyable. My husband and I were looking at trading our car that our family had outgrown for something more fitting of our family and after several weeks of looking and being strong armed by sales folks and bombarded w family had outgrown for something more fitting of our family and after several weeks of looking and being strong armed by sales folks and bombarded with phone calls while we were trying to decide what we really liked best and even being treated very badly by one area dealership we had sort of decided that we would just keep the car we had and look again some at a later date. I happened to be looking at Lithia Reno Subaru's website because they had a used Jeep that matched what we were looking for. It turned out that the vehicle was sold but I was still looking at their inventory. I found a pre-owned Subaru Legacy in their inventory that was essentially new 2013 with 274 miles so I sent an inquiry on that car. I received an email back from Paul Bushnell asking me to give him a call which I dreaded I had been called so many times by dealerships that I didn't want to have my phone number with another. I called and I am very glad that I did, Paul was the beginning of the best experience we have ever had buying a car. After a couple phone calls and emails back and forth with Paul we had a $$$ amount that we were pre approved. Due to schedule conflicts for us we were not able to work with Paul when we went to the dealership but he had told me to see Jesse Watkins when we came in. We got there at about 7pm and Jesse was better than I expected rather than trying to hurry us along and get to go home he was showing us what we could choose from got us on a test drive allowing me to drive the car not making me stay on city streets on some arranged route. We liked the car we drove so we wanted to talk numbers. There was no getting the numbers we had, go talk to some faceless person behind closed office doors come back with what they want, rinse and repeat. We told Jesse about what we had where we wanted to be for a payment about our trade in the small problem with the trade in we had not registered it for the year yet because we had been looking for another car so we had not done that yet. That is when we were introduced to Dustin Snider, they worked it out so we could get our trade to the dealership we just had the task left of the contracts. By the time we left the dealership that night with our new car it was 10:30 pm and NEVER once in that time did anyone that we were working with seem like hurry up already I want to go home just come back tomorrow earlier so we can do this deal because it was after 8:00 and we are closed. We signed our paperwork and the time was taken to explain all of it not just skim over the highlights and move on to the next piece of paper that you have to sign. The next morning we had to go into the dealership because in the daylight we had noticed a scrape in the paint on the hood like there was a hose or something slid across the hood. When we went in they took the car right in buffed the blemish out and sent us on our way no fuss no muss. All that was left was the final word on our financing which was very quick to be finished up. Past experience it takes weeks to know about weather it is your car and then usually a new contract because something changes, not in this case they told us what the interest rate, payment, contract length & all that when we signed on the dotted line and nothing changed nor did the financing take weeks it was only days. I know we will not need another new car for several years but when we do Lithia Reno Subaru has earned my business again and again. I will also tell any of my friends and family in the market for a new or preowned car to go there first. You will never look at car buying the same after the treatment you receive from the folks at Lithia Reno Subaru. More

I started looking at buying a Subaru Outback in August 2012. I stopped in at Lithia Subaru while I was in Reno for a UNR football game and met Jesse Watkins. He came across as credible and knowledgeable, two things that I look for when making any major purchase. Fast forward to April 2013, that’s when I decided I was ready to buy. After exhaustively researching Outback models, options and prices, I was ready to negotiate. I looked at purchasing locally, but was able to negotiate such a great price with Jesse and Lithia Subaru I decided to buy from Lithia. Don’t let this get around, but Jesse even provided me with transportation to Reno! (he spent 3hrs of his time to make this happen). Once at the dealership, the transaction was smooth and they were even able to arrange a lower interest rate than the financing that I had pre-arranged. Kudos to Jozef Szuhai in the finance department for the great job he did finalizing all the paperwork and getting me on my way. If I knew that buying a new car was going to be so painless, I would have retired my Infiniti Qx4 with 267.000 miles sooner! More

I'm a single mother of two kids with a more than full time job outside the home. My time is valuable, and my time is limited. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, but was willing to travel to g time job outside the home. My time is valuable, and my time is limited. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, but was willing to travel to get a fair price and buy the car I wanted, as much as I would prefer to keep my business local. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the get-go. Jesse Watkins introduced me to his associates, and honestly it was like being introduced to family. I've never had a more, dare I say pleasant? experience. It was efficient. I was treated fairly and reasonably. We did not have to haggle and play games and waste time that I do not have to spare. I was in and out in less than 3 hours, including paper work and test drive and vehicle prep. And I came home with a great car at a great price and it is with a little sadness I say I won't have a need to repeat this great experience for years and years to come. Thank you to Paul, Jesse & Randy for making my Subaru purchase a pleasant process - particularly since I was coming in from out of state. When we first came in we were working with Frank, and I honestly was not such a fan of him. He wasn't rude or anything, but I didn't feel like he really wanted to sell me a car and didn't really feel like honestly was not such a fan of him. He wasn't rude or anything, but I didn't feel like he really wanted to sell me a car and didn't really feel like he was all that interested in helping us, not to mention during the test drive it felt like I was driving with my dad with him telling me multiple times when to stop, go, turn, etc...I know how to drive and don't need step by step instructions. When we came back we worked with Jesse, and he was great! Very personable, very helpful, he really worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I probably wouldn't have bought the car that day if we had worked with someone else. Not to mention he was totally understanding with our baby who was getting fussy by the end of the whole buying process. He just had an overall nice demeanor that made the buying process as pleasant as a car trade-in and purchase can be. I also just have to mention that the guy we signed all the paperwork with at the end was awesome. I don't remember his name, but he was very personable, and I enjoyed working with him. More
