We specifically sought out Jesse when we wanted to do a tradein because we had confidence in his knowledge and faith that he would get the best trade in value for us. Very courteous and informative sales staff. My wife and I were not originally interested in buying new, but were interested in a Subaru purchase. We became convinced that the 2013 Impreza with the premium wi were not originally interested in buying new, but were interested in a Subaru purchase. We became convinced that the 2013 Impreza with the premium winter package was precisely what we were looking for in terms of quality, dependability, fuel economy and cost. Great sales experience. I recommend Jesse to all who are looking for a no hassles low pressure sales approach. 5 weeks of shopping around and Jesse was patient and never pestered me about buying a car. Jesse did a fine job in helping me and was very friendly. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I WAS NOT PLEASED when it came to my trade-in. He seems like a very informative sales rep., and honestly wanted to help get me into a new Subaru. I WAS NOT PLEASED when it came to my trade-in. I was there to get a new vehicle, so obviously my trade-in was old. The front office, WHO EVER THEY ARE, did not want to help, saying " We think your trade in is too old and we really do not want to take it in as a trade. " This statement almost broke the deal and I was ready to walkout. I wasn't asking for an outrages trade in price, but the front office telling me that "THEY" did not want my trade in and that I should sell it on my own made me angry, at that point I wanted to walk out and take my $29,900.00 " PAID IN FULL" with me. Jesse, was nice enough to work with me and got me $799.80 for my trade in. I was also informed that within six hours, the same day, there was already an offer to buy my trade in. You should be thankful that you have a sale rep. like Jesse to smooth the way between your front office and the customer; it seems they did not want to make a deal. More
