Took my mother n law’s 2002 GMC Envoy for full detail inside and out as well as oil and filter change, including replacing dirty air filter. The detail exceeded my expectations, vehicle looks awesome and inside and out as well as oil and filter change, including replacing dirty air filter. The detail exceeded my expectations, vehicle looks awesome and all service was performed with a video showing the technician perform the service work! Again thanks for the exceptional job!! Almost forgot they even delivered the car to my mother n law’s home! More

My vehicle went in for a simple oil change and recall check. I utilized the valet service that was offered to me and was told it shouldn’t be long. 7 hours later I received my car back after calling twic check. I utilized the valet service that was offered to me and was told it shouldn’t be long. 7 hours later I received my car back after calling twice. My car was not returned to me the way they received it. After being treated extremely poorly by the second service advisor when I brought it back in to be looked at and fixed, I had to schedule a third appointment to have my car fixed. After being realigned my car was returned to me smelling like Marijuana, so strongly it took a day to air out. My brand new vehicle that I just purchased from them a few months ago is not smoked in, so that was frustrating on-top of everything else I experienced with their service center. Due to the lack of care, service and attention to detail I will not be returning. More
