While waiting for my car paperwork to be finished up and get me on my way not one person took the 30 seconds of time to acknowledge me and just say hi or ask if they could help me with anything. This is strange to me since I was sitting between the sales floor and service area, and there was a lot of people walking by throughout my time there. Overall the attitude around the area gave me the impression of arrogance. I was in the market for a new car and was just waiting for someone to stop by and say hi so I could ask some question's. I did end up purchasing a new Lincoln at another dealer since I didn’t see the car that I was looking for. great new facility and a huge staff, but left me feeling disappointed in my experience. More
