Excellent service from start to finish, as always. Only issue relates to phone system: the only way I could initially get to Service was to select the "Sales" option, who then physically went to the Only issue relates to phone system: the only way I could initially get to Service was to select the "Sales" option, who then physically went to the service area to tell them I was on hold. This glitch is outside the control of the Service dept and in no way should this be directed at them. As a matter of fact, Jess gave me her personal cell # to use until this was fixed.
