I am very disappointed in this dealership. This is the second time that an engine has to be replaced while I had the vehicle so they right now it’s on the third engine. I can’t say that I would recommend anyone purchasing a Kia. Certainly will not recommend this dealership. I had to keep making phone calls to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I never got callbacks. My vehicle had broken down. I had been sitting in the road on route 21 broken down my vehicle would not start it kept stalling finally totally stopped. I have a towing bill that I never heard anything from the dealership about being refunded having to pay for my vehicle to be towed when the issue had nothing to do whatsoever with me it was the engine. The bill was turned into the dealership. I expected to hear from the dealership about Kia reimbursing me for the Towing. I am waiting to hear about this matter. This has been since April. It is now September what is up with that sincerely a disgruntled customer More

All members of the service department staff have been courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been very satisfied with the work they performed on my vehicle. The facility is clean and provides a courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been very satisfied with the work they performed on my vehicle.
