I made the decision to support the local dealership rather than the out of town dealerships that were vying for my business. That was a mistake, I stated the front and rear brakes needed replaced, when rather than the out of town dealerships that were vying for my business. So rather than take the customers safety first, they decided to save a little money and pass it through their inspection as is. If you choose to buy a used vehicle from Dellen, do yourself a huge favor and take it to a independent service shop to get the real status of questionable parts. After ruining the excitement of my new purchase I won’t refer this dealership to anybody I know. Very disappointed, More
