Very professional in all aspects of the carbuying experience. The car was in excellent shape for viewing when I arrived. We had discussed every aspect of the sale via text before I arrived. Great dealership. Tom McDonough was the sales person that helped us with our pre-owned car purchase. He is a very honest man and a great sales person overall. He said he’s been in this business for many years and it really shows. He is very knowledgeable and once again, honest. We did not feel pushed or rushed into anything we were not comfortable doing. When we came in to see the car we saw online, it had just come in and was just about to go in to be serviced and cleaned. We could not test drive it the same day but Tom still walked us in to service department to at least have us look at it. We came back the next day to test drive it and took the car home with us. Even now, after purchase Tom is still very helpful to us and is guiding us in addressing a few things that we overlooked the day of the purchase. Other dealerships drop you as soon as you are out the door and they have your signature on a loan or your money but not these guys. They take care of you and know their product, take pride in it and take care of their customers. And their cars are reasonably priced-not overpriced and they don’t just lure you in with lower price and then add on thousands of dollars in fees as other dealerships we came across do. Everything is disclosed and transparent. Usually car buying process is very stressful but Tom and his team made it easy and stress free for us. Ed Bartoli (Preowned Sales Manager) also worked with us, ran numbers for us, different scenarios and negotiated on the deal we ultimately agreed on. And we can honestly say Tom and Ed went above and beyond in working with us and we are very grateful to them for that. We’ve never had such a great experience at a dealership. Other dealerships should learn from these guys. Jessica Delima-the Finance Manager that processed all the paperwork for us is also a very nice and pleasant young lady and was very easy to work with. Overall, we cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you are in a market for a Lexus, please make sure you ask for Tom McDonough and you will be very happy you did. More
