The worst part of any car purchase is the paperwork and money aspect, but Bob was outstanding! Every time I've ever bought a car, the last guy you see just beats you up about various different tack-on expenses...but not Bob. He was patient, answered all of my questions and was very honest with us, in terms of what would be a good fit for us and what we really didn't need. I went through USAA and Kia accepted all the perks with no problem or hesitation. They even gave me a Military discount that I was not aware of. From the time I went on the internet, walked in the door, te no problem or hesitation. They even gave me a Military discount that I was not aware of.
