I have worked with Jessica quite a bit over these last few years. She is amazing to work with. Getting your car serviced (esp when something is wrong) can be intimidating and stressful. I stopped coming in this last year because your location is quite far from my house but when I had an Issue with my vehicle I knew I could count on her to guide me. Jessica Montez is exceptional, goes above and beyond getting my 2005 & 2007 vehicles cared for. She is kind, caring, friendly, compassionate, accurate and very professional. My last visit to East Hfd getting my 2005 & 2007 vehicles cared for. She is kind, caring, friendly, compassionate, accurate and very professional. My last visit to East Hfd Chevy I found the dealership does not have a wide arrangement of part purchasing reach as a larger dealership does. Since East Hfd Chevy could not obtain a stock part for my 2005, I had to go out in the freezing cold at my old age, to pick up a part - windshield washer reservoir plastic tank-- from a large local auto parts store and deliver it to Jessica for safekeeping for her Techs to properly install for me. Needless to say I love Jessica, she is very exceptional. But I was very disappointed with E. Hfd Chevy's lack of associated part suppliers. Doreen. More
