This dealership team blew the other Ford dealers in my area out of the water. Jessica was kind & helpful & the sales manager, TJ, also helped out & talked with me for a while. I think the key for me was t area out of the water. Jessica was kind & helpful & the sales manager, TJ, also helped out & talked with me for a while. I think the key for me was the phrase, "what can I do for you to earn your business?" Whereas other dealers wanted to push me in a certain direction to meet whatever sales goal or quota they were currently working towards. More
