They answered all of questions in a timely manner and was open on honest. They even let me haul my camper for test drive to ensure it hauled it with ease. We had such a great experience with Alma Ford. We were on the hunt for a specific vehicle (color, truck bed length, engine) and we found the perfect truck at Alma Ford. It was a bit of a drive for us to get there and they made it truly such a seamless experience. We were in and out and back home in the time it would have taken us to be at the dealership down the road. It was such a friendly group of people and I think the best experience I've had a dealership - did not feel the stereotypical pressure and sales that I have felt in the past. It was great working with Mike, he made it such a smooth process and answered all of our questions. We also worked with Abbey for financing, and she was a delight to work with! Overall, it was a great experience, and we love our truck! More
