Jessica was professional and good in the beginning. We chose to reserve a car, but when we came back for pickup our experience with her and the dealership drastically changed. They valued our trade-in significantly lower than any other dealership we had been to. It was 3k lower than what minimum was for CarMax and 4k lower than what we had been offered at 2 other dealerships, even after showing proof of all three of these, they came up 1k, a complete insult. The dealership offered us water to drink with no extra charge. I guess that is in the budget when you pay full sticker plus other dealer fees.
