Jesse is a top notch manager and her team is also. A person can get mad about the amount of recalls for an 80k truck but I figure the more time the truck gets seen by the dealer means when the warranty is up maybe it will be ok . Lol. More

Great service ... but the one glitch is no emissions testing. I understand that it would jam up the works. But there is that whole thing where people with vehicles ... but the one glitch is no emissions testing. I understand that it would jam up the works. But there is that whole thing where people with vehicles have to comply with the Clean Air Act. Which sucks, because now I have to make a separate trip to a place that does emissions testing. More

Recall Repairs - Beyond the Counter Customer Service Craig, the coordinator, made sure the car would be done by my requested time. Since I was made aware of the time it would take (good for managing time Craig, the coordinator, made sure the car would be done by my requested time. Since I was made aware of the time it would take (good for managing time expectations), I planned ahead and brought plenty of materials...my surface, a bag of mail to go through, and an orange to snack on. I planted myself in one of the comfy chairs in the waiting room in between the parts counter and the service counter. W/that vantage point, I got to hear all the interactions between service staff. EVERY interaction - from the parts/service supervisor talking w/the techs and drivers to the bi-lingual parts staff and techs to the cleaning supervisor sharing a new inventory tracking w/his employee - was done w/respect and a "lightness" that made me feel good about how the staff deal with each other. That is to be praised. More

I used their guest schuttle recently and the driver was also pleasant and caring. I have and will recomend this dealership to others. They treat customers with quality services and make your stay as comfortable as if you were at home in their care. More
