Service Dept Repair DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE!!!!!!!! Took an f250 here for service, vibration and noise in front end. Told them probably something in drive DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE!!!!!!!! Took an f250 here for service, vibration and noise in front end. Told them probably something in drive shaft or differential. Was charged $150 to just look at it and diagnose the issue. (which was known b4 work started) That was fine. Finally on the fourth day that the truck sat there, they did the diagnosis. I was told by Chad Sandman that: "Driveshaft bearing was blown". I had asked Chad numerous times where the location was of the bearing in the drive shaft ,every time he stated the bearing was near the transfer case at the back end of the shaft. So I assumed they were replacing a drive shaft bearing, which was quoted at $700. so this was over the phone February 28th 2019 March 1st 2019 I pick the vehicle up around 7 p.m. in the evening after hours. I looked under the vehicle and they had replaced the entire drive Shaft . I was charged $200 labor for a 30 min job and $471 for the driveshaft (which i could have picked up for $300 oem part and installed myself) If they had told me they were replacing the entire driveshaft I would have been more than willing to pay the $150 diagnosis fee and replace the shaft myself only costing me $500. I was totally lied to about the diagnosis being told a blown bearing and was never informed they were replacing the whole driveshaft. Here is the kicker. After having a conversation with Chad on Monday morning March 04 2019 i had ask to have the Service Manager call me. Christy i believe her name was called near 5pm that evening. I was told by her that she would review the recorded phone call and call me tomorrow. it is now Tuesday March 12 2019 and I'm still waiting for the call. Friday March 8 2019 I called the dealership requesting to talk to the general managerJamie Enders-Bonk: General Sales Manager. the call went directly to voicemail I had left a voicemail message for Jamie to call me back about the situation and it is 4 days later and still nothing. I guess it's fine if you don't want to do anything to resolve the situation as far as reimbursement but you could at least give me the common courtesy of giving me a call back to let me know that. Not just leave me hanging. Communication at this company is terrible I can certainly say that if I was ever to purchase a new vehicle it certainly would not be from braeger Ford. In closing if nothing else comes of this at least people will know that they need to ask more specific questions on what they're actually doing to repair the vehicle otherwise they'll get duped like I did. signed Brian H a very unhappy customer. In response to braeger ford:I had no messages from braeger Ford so maybe you did maybe you didn't , maybe you called somebody else by mistake. My main complaint was I asked Chad numerous times about where this blowin bearing was on the drive shaft and it was explained to me near the transfer case which was a bold-faced lie, the paperwork says front shaft bearing, which is another lie. There are no bearings in the shaft itself. There are U-joints and U joints have roll pin bearings. I did understand that was a bearing that was bad and nowhere in any conversation that I had with anybody that they said that they were replacing the entire drive shaft the only thing explained to me was a bearing replacement and cost. Had I been given the right diagnosis for the $150 you charge me to diagnose something I already told you the issue was, is totally ridiculous. Like you said there's two sides of the story but whatever. I called and talked to numerous shops around the area 90% of the shops I called told me that if they diagnose something and do the repair they usually wave the diagnosis fee. So what I understand here is you guys are basically backing up your lie but that's cool. The least I can do is make sure that I keep spreading the word of how I was lied to from braeger Ford dealership on 27th Street in Milwaukee. Thank you for your time have a great day More

Buyer Beware After looking at several other dealerships, this seemed to be the most reasonable dealership within reach of where I live. After putting in a simple i After looking at several other dealerships, this seemed to be the most reasonable dealership within reach of where I live. After putting in a simple inquiry however, within a matter of five minutes, I received an email, phone call, a text message and a voicemail which was very overwhelming. I made an appointment to see sales rep Zachary and prior to that, I was in contact with his manager Nick almost daily. It seems whenever I would leave a message or send an email, I was immediately contacted. Seemed nice.... After looking at a few vehicles, I made a choice on a 2016 Ford Explorer with reported 26,000 miles on the vehicle but it had approximately 28,000 miles on it when I got to the dealership. After taking a particular vehicle for a test drive, I noticed that there was some issues that they said they would correct and one of them being the brakes which violently shook at 70mph. I was promised the vehicle would be detailed and the things that I did notice would be fixed but after waiting several hours and waiting for the finance department to finish their pizza, vehicle had not been detailed and it seemed like they were just trying to push it out of the dealership. So, after working out a deal and going through all the paperwork, I noticed the very next day that there were issues with the vehicle ranging from no reverse lights to trim that was buckling and taped down to a cigarette smoke aroma in the cabin which they said they paid a lot of money to have removed. Additionally, the brake pedal assembly was also broken. These are things I did not notice during the initial test drive. Now today, they did fix the brake pedal issue, they did fix the reverse lights, they’re going to order new heated driver seats since those aren’t working but the brake issue still is a safety hazard and now I’m being told that I’m SOL by manager Dan McKnight. He tells me that they’re not going to put any more money into this vehicle which they claim was inspected but clearly has not been inspected. This vehicle unfortunately is a safety hazard and they’re telling me that it’s out of their hands. I cannot possibly recommend this dealership to anybody knowing that this is their practice. Are they taking care of some things? Yes and that’s a good thing. Is the dealership clean and friendly? Yes. After the sale? No. The sales reps don’t recognize you anymore, they don’t return emails and they don’t return phone calls. As far as they’re concerned, they got their paycheck from the loan office and now, it’s your problem. Now unfortunately, we have to consider legal ramifications. More

excellent service I took my work van for a routine oil change / inspection. I was informed that there were a couple of recalls on the vehicle. Instead of having to brin I took my work van for a routine oil change / inspection. I was informed that there were a couple of recalls on the vehicle. Instead of having to bring the vehicle back another time for the recalls, Caleb took the time to check with the service techs if they could accomplish everything during this visit. They were able to complete everything during this visit in a very timely manner. EXCELLANT JOB!!! More
