Went for the 2nd oil change and was told they no longer offer that service instead I can have free car washes. So, my air conditioner never worked properly and I would stop in to show them that it wasn't working. Then I'd make a service appointment and it would begin to work before they could service it. In 2012 they did replace the condenser and drier @29,293 miles. Last July 23rd I took it to a different Ford dealer because the air wasn't working again (49,333 miles) and was told that my air conditioner was shot and it would be $3000.00 to fix as it was no longer under warranty In the mean time I purchased a Ford Mustang convertible and just drove that April thru October. I sometimes need a bigger car and decided to pursue getting the air fixed. When I called The Ford Co. this week, I was told that I needed to go to Braeger because they've worked on it in the past. Braeger (Jesse)says "you're not coming here for your oil changes so you're not a customer, therefore why should we help you! I'm going to replace the Escape, but it won't be with a Ford! I wasn't even looking for Ford to fix it for free, I just wanted a break on the $3000. cost! More

Excellant experience I brought my 2012 Expedition in for repair and saw Jessie first. She was very nice and helpful even bringing my vehicle closer because of my bad back so I could remove some items. Next a young man offered me a cup of coffee and then I took the shuttle service. They fixed my problems and were always very nice and helpful. Chad helped me with some vehicle questions that I had. Additionally on the phone Rudy was very polite and helpful. I would recommend the service department to anyone and was extremely pleased. Keep up the good work!!! More

I am hoping to upgrade to the Taurus SHO in the first quarter of 2016 - they will be the only dealership I work with. It also great that the new service area looks like a hotel. More
