Great sales and service. Very pleased with customer service and quality of the work done. We have bought 3 Escapes from Braeger, the first a 2001 model, also a 2005 and a 201 Very pleased with customer service and quality of the work done. Drive Safe 10-10-14 I recently got the air-bag alarm light on my dash board on my escape 2013 with 16k miles. I brought it in to get it serviced and after wai 10-10-14 I recently got the air-bag alarm light on my dash board on my escape 2013 with 16k miles. I brought it in to get it serviced and after waiting over an hour and them not even looking at my car they told me I would have to come back on Tuesday possibly when a part comes in. I asked if my airbag was working and the service agent said "No" then told me to drive safe until they call us and even said "Its kinda silly we can't give you a loaner." "Drive safe" This sounds criminally insane! 10-10-14 Update After calling Ford Customer Service and them speaking to the Dealership, the dealership is now offering me a Dealer car free of charge until the part comes in due to it being a recall. The service manager Jesse who has always been very nice and straight forward apologized the moment I walked into the door and handle everything very respectfully and polite. At her request I have edit this review. I will further update when I receive my car back. More

Flawless We purchased our Explorer around 6 months ago from Braegar Ford and couldn't be happier. We were extremely cautious going through the sale as the Jeep We purchased our Explorer around 6 months ago from Braegar Ford and couldn't be happier. We were extremely cautious going through the sale as the Jeep dealer had taken us to the cleaners with our previous SUV offering a useless extended warranty and an overpriced vehicle. At first my husband thought ford wanted a quick sale and as soon as we drove off the lot the warranty we reluctantly purchased would go out the window. Boy were we wrong. Ford have been nothing but pleasant, they shifted our outlook on car sales/service. We have used the warranty with no issues and still continue to be surprised by their outstanding customer service. We were not easy customers, quite the opposite! I will never purchase a vehicle from another dealership! More

Recall and Sync phone We had to bring our 2013 Ford Escape due to a recall and we were told it would take only a 1/2 day which it did and also Jessie Synced my phone so I c We had to bring our 2013 Ford Escape due to a recall and we were told it would take only a 1/2 day which it did and also Jessie Synced my phone so I can call out hands free. I was very satisfied with the extra tests that were done checking the brakes and battery. More
