Jesus Camargo, well, this young man gave us an exquisite service. His service was AWESOME from beginning to end. Jesus was FANTASTIC. Just one thing, the music was too loud, rock none stop. Jesus had nothing to do with it. Then again Im 60 years old. I don’t know how people can shop with that type of music. The service people neglected to put the spared tired back after servicing the SUV. They promised the tire will be in the vehicle at time of pick up, but it didn’t happened. We had to go back during the week after getting the SUV for the tired. Jesus was a gentleman at all times. Wish him well always. More

9th vehicle purchased from Royal Dealerships ! On September 6th my wife and I purchased our 9th vehicle from a Royal Dealership since 2004. This latest vehicle was leased from the Royal Kia office On September 6th my wife and I purchased our 9th vehicle from a Royal Dealership since 2004. This latest vehicle was leased from the Royal Kia office located on E. Speedway and Columbus Blvd. our representative was Jesus Camargo, an employee who started approx 5 years ago as a detail person and worked his way up into sales and leasing. Jesus is a terrific person and not a average car salesperson. Jesus is very knowledgeable not just with the products that he presents, but with his compassion in dealing with people. Jesus took the time to deliver our new 2019 Kia Sorento to our home and explained every feature top to bottom to both my wife and me. Also a special thank you to Dave Lopez in the service department for always going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service ! I got the impression that ROYAL KIA have heard some of these same stories and have taken measures to prevent that from happenning there. The sales staff was responsive and respectful, answered my questions honestly and genuinely showed me how much they wanted to have my business. When a small glitch came up ....even after the sale had been completed, they made things right at their cost, which I found very admirable. They were also very responsive when I discovered a nut missing from an assembly. I brought it to their attention, and it was fixed immediatly. More

Royal Kia has a great crew. Jesus was a great salesman. I made an appointment to see him and he was ready for me when I got there. We test drove several cars and I found one that Jesus was a great salesman. I made an appointment to see him and he was ready for me when I got there. We test drove several cars and I found one that I really liked and bought it. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed on the car and Jesus made that happen quickly and professionally. He has been in contact serval times to make sure everything was okay with me and the car. To me those extra contacts were over and above the Call of Duty. When I'm ready for my next car I will definitely go back to Royal Kia. More
