I set my purchase expectations with the sales pe We traded in our 2011 Kia Soul for a used 2015 Kia Sorento. The trade in process was easy and simple. I set my purchase expectations with the sales person and payment limitations from the start. It seemed the sales person was pressured to upsell additional coverages which would have doubled my monthly payment limitations. I felt as if I was being coerced to except these options that I clearly stated I did not want at multiple times during the sale. It was annoying and frustrating, After 6 hours we were ready to drive off the lot with a vehicle that had an empty tank of gas and a brake light that did not work. I chose Royal KIA because of the reliability but started to second guess my choice. I would think the vehicle would be fully inspected prior to turning it over to the customer. A week after driving the vehicle my wife was stranded with the kids and needed a jump start. I called KIA Service that was unable to get us in on short notice even though we were leaving for California the next day. And of course the next day 4th of July the battery was dead so I had to purchase a new battery from O'Reilly. Royal KIA Service was closed. Well let's hope for better times. More

Our salesman Jesus was easy going with no sales pressure and he was extremely helpful with my wish list and last minute issues. I was also happy with the no hassle trade-in value provided for my old car. The only downside was the waiting for the finance department to put together the paperwork and final invoice. It took nearly 3 hours and I see absolutely no need to wait this long. By the end of the day it somewhat took away from the enjoyment of buying my car. Yes I would recommend Royal Kia for buying a car and also the service department (as I've used them for my previous car maintenance). More

They didn't have exactly what we wanted, but they had one in California and had it trucked to the dealership in 2 business days. They didn't try to sell us something that was on the lot. They found us exactly what we wanted. We were very pleased with the amount they offered for our trade in. We've been coming to the Royal Kia dealership for about 9 years for service on our previous Kia, and have never been disappointed with their service, or their prices. I intend to have my new vehicle serviced by them. More
