Title: Worst Car Dealer Experience Review: Terrible experience from start to finish. We gave a clear budget from the beginning and it was completely ignored. They asked for our information saying it wa experience from start to finish. We gave a clear budget from the beginning and it was completely ignored. They asked for our information saying it was only to create a profile, but never told us they would run our credit, and they did it anyway. They never showed us a vehicle. Instead, they sent us to the parking lot in 32°F weather to look at cars ourselves, with no assistance at all. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and after calling us to ask about our experience, they got angry and disrespected us again. Easily the worst dealer we’ve dealt with. Zero professionalism. Do not recommend. More
