I called Smythe Volvo yesterday looking to purchase a used Toyota Prius. I saw the add on Car Gurus, and honestly I had no idea who I was calling. Tyler was very helpful and gave me his personal phone nu used Toyota Prius. I saw the add on Car Gurus, and honestly I had no idea who I was calling. Tyler was very helpful and gave me his personal phone number. He called me back immediately with some information, so communication was excellent. I drove 1 hr and 40 minutes to get there and I was quite surprised when I walked in. I felt like I was walking into a Volvo City, and even though they had very high priced new cars, and I was coming in for a relatively inexpensive car, I still felt as though I was treated like royalty. I was then given to Jesus Garcia in sales who was very patient and kind and wasn't at all bothered when I chose not to purchase the Prius. After Jesus showed me the inventory of all their used vehicles, I test drove a 2012 S60 and I just fell in love with that car. Uh oh, I think I'm now a Volvo girl. Everything was very straight forward, there were no hidden fees, and I never felt pressured in any way. Henry was also very helpful in financing, and Jay was happy to explain all the features of the car in a clear and easy to understand way, and he set up my blue tooth for me. I hope to have this car for the rest of my old age life, but if I ever need another car, I'll come back to Smythe Volvo. More
