After four test drives and a last call to Smythe Volvo Summit to inquire about one last car …before I was in my way to another dealership to do business…Trish took the message and Jesus called! He wanted to share a few options. I told him my search was so targeted that unless the he had my specs ready out front to show me, I was on my way-literally as I was getting to the car-to do business with one of my test driven cars. He promised and delivered what I was looking for. A striking shade of grey XC90 with the trim, interior and engine I sought. No stress or extra debate over the details. The Smythe team was ready to support Jesus in the sale and respect our time. Our inquiries were addressed and the car was prepped as we had lunch. When a question rose with insurance paperwork- Jesus called me and followed up instantly as my insurance company resent documents they were responsible for correcting. These details, the respectful process the friendly and very capable team working together made our purchase easy. I would definitely return to work with Jesus again and am glad he called when he did.
