I left a previous review praising Smythe, our salesperson, Jesus Garcia, and also Anthony Monteiro who was so helpful in showing us the bells and whistles on our second Volvo! But I also wanted to make sure to highlight Craig Sands, the customer relationship coordinator who helped us think about leasing a new car when we came in for routine service of our first Volvo! He was so wonderful and he always makes sure to be warm, welcoming and as helpful as possible. He was also pivotal in our decision to lease again! Thank you, Craig!!! More

Just returned for our second Volvo in 2 years and we can’t say enough great thing about the experience. Jesus Garcia is just the best salesperson, making sure that everything is as smooth and seamless a can’t say enough great thing about the experience. We went from thinking about it to leasing within 2 days just because of how easy he made the entire process! He also made sure to help us get every rebate and loyalty award that we could, without us even having to ask. Can’t recommend him enough! He also set us up with Anthony Monteiro to go through the entire operation of our car’s technology. I thought I knew Volvos well from driving it constantly, but he showed us how to work the many system improvements AND helped us learn features that we never knew before! He’s passionate, takes the time to explain, and really went out of his way to make it easy for us! Finally, Henry Zhu helped us quickly and efficiently get all of our finance paperwork signed, packaging and explaining everything to us! Really fantastic experience - well done, SMYTHE Sales!!! And just a shout out to Regina Krauza who is an incredible and kind manager in Service!!! More
