The purchase process itself took about four hours, and unlike other Volvo dealerships I’ve been to, there wasn’t much in the way of hospitality (no substantial food offerings). Overall, it was an acceptable experience once the initial issue was addressed, though not quite on par with what I’ve experienced elsewhere. More
