We went to Smythe Volvo yesterday interested in looking at a car. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jesus Garcia who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. It w at a car. It was clear from the outset that he was not going to pressure us into a decision, but sincerely wanted us to understand our options and have a positive experience. In fact, everyone at Smythe was eager to ensure that we were happy with every detail of our visit from the moment we arrived. We were called by name, offered coffee, tea, water, and everyone made sure we had what we needed. There was even a port with a phone charging station in the lobby. Needless to say we purchased a great car, that fits our needs and our budget. Jesus took the time to walk us patiently through the vehicle’s syncing systems making sure we understood all that the car had to offer- our entire experience was top notch. I highly recommend Smythe Volvo for their customer service and sales experience. We will return when it’s time to replace our next vehicle! Thanks!! More
