I will preface this by stating that I am not one that leaves reviews, good or bad, but I do feel inclined to leave a heartfelt thank you to Jesus Garcia and the Smythe Volvo dealership. Picking out a new car can at times be a nerve racking process with too many options to pick from. Jesus not only made it clear what the best vehicle was for us, but Smythe Volvo made it clear why Volvo was the clear leader ahead of other luxury options. The process from start to finish was courteous, professional, and had a personal touch. We are proud to be welcomed into the Volvo family, and we plan on being here for years to come based off of Jesus and the experience he delivered. We went to Smythe Volvo yesterday interested in looking at a car. It was clear from the outset that he was not going to pressure us into a decision, but sincerely wanted us to understand our options and have a positive experience. In fact, everyone at Smythe was eager to ensure that we were happy with every detail of our visit from the moment we arrived. We were called by name, offered coffee, tea, water, and everyone made sure we had what we needed. There was even a port with a phone charging station in the lobby. Needless to say we purchased a great car, that fits our needs and our budget. Jesus took the time to walk us patiently through the vehicle’s syncing systems making sure we understood all that the car had to offer- our entire experience was top notch. I highly recommend Smythe Volvo for their customer service and sales experience. We will return when it’s time to replace our next vehicle! Thanks!! More
