Were very helpful and courteous; however we were a little upset about the amount of time it took to complete our deal My husband and myself were a little uncomfortable with sitting around for that long a ti upset about the amount of time it took to complete our deal My husband and myself were a little uncomfortable with sitting around for that long a time. He is diabetic and we really needed to get a meal in him. We were fine with what we ended up getting done, but wish it could have been a bit shorter. They were great about the car switch and having to empty our car so unexpectedly. It worked out find with all the help we got with that task. Was a different ride home than when we came. Not too sure who all we worked with besides Jesus Gomez, but they were all friendly and helpful. More
