It is a difficult time to purchase a car as a consumer with high demand and interest rates. This was one of the few dealers I went to where I didn’t feel like the price on the sticker is just what it is and if I don’t buy it, someone will just buy it tomorrow. The level of resilience and understanding and ability to connect in a personal level allowed me to feel at ease during this whole process. I left so happy and bragging about the overall experience to everyone I know. My stepmom even was so moved by it and ended up going and purchasing a new car a week later.
