I was rushed and pressured into getting a new car. I told them that I need to keep my payment the same or lower. They kept my payment the same, but they took off 6,000 miles from my lease and the car they suggested was $10,000 cheaper than the one I already had. None of this was ever discussed, nor was a test drive offered. I just thought this place was better than that. More
