I recently drove past this Honda of Kenosha Dealership and on a whim, I went in to see what kind of cars they might have as I was sooooo very tired of my 2024 Subaru and all it's problems- plus they never and on a whim, I went in to see what kind of cars they might have as I was sooooo very tired of my 2024 Subaru and all it's problems- plus they never seem to have anyone in service area who could help me. From the minute I walked in the door of Honda of Kenosha, I was pleasantly surprised - I had never been in a Dealership where everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Khader (Kenny) Abuhassan and he was fabulous! He was not a pushy-type salesman, but rather asked why I was there and what I was looking for. I gave him my "wish list" not expecting him to have anything that would be able to check off my wishes, but he did. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or ask for. He was kind and courteous, as were Mousa Abuhassan (Gen. Sales Mgr), Nate Haggerty (Sales Mgr), Adam Alashi (Finance Mgr) and Jon Golm (Sales Floor Mgr); but Kenny's attention to detail even exceeded my expectations. I ended up purchasing a 2025 Honda Civic Sport, and couldn't be happier. He even offered to transfer everything in my trunk, back seat, front seat, all my radio stations, and even paired my Iphone for me. Now that's what I call service! We took it for a quick spin while I was there, plus I was able to take it home overnight to make sure I liked how it drove on the Fwy as well as side streets, and that it would fit in my garage. Since they had only gotten it in 3 days earlier, it hadn't even gone through their Detailing, but they quickly did a quick detail and I will be taking it back to get a complete detail when I have the time. If my car ever has to be left there, they even provide a free rental car- and since I live 35 miles away, that will be a big help! I would definitely give this Dealership and Kenny 10 stars, if I could! More

I felt the process was misleading, I ended up getting charged about 500 dollars more than the agreed price. I went back and they fixed their mistake by writing me a check for the difference.
