Car is fine. Remote start is aftermarket trash. Disappointed Syed was our sales man. He was nice and low pressure to work with. We got a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid XLE and added on Body molding and remote start to be inst Syed was our sales man. He was nice and low pressure to work with. We got a 2020 Rav4 Hybrid XLE and added on Body molding and remote start to be installed a couple weeks later. If that is where we ended, that would have been 5 stars. Those would be done 2 weeks later. Body molding is simple enough and looked good, but the remote start, one would think would be OEM and use the existing remote on the car (especially when they stress to being both keyless fobs). NOPE. Its some 3rd party stuff you can get at best buy and another remote thing hanging from my keys. Wouldn't you tell the customer it is 3rd party and non OEM. I called to complain and was told that is how they do ALL the remote start. What happens when the car is out of the 3 yr warranty? Where do I get a replacement remote if that one breaks or gets lost. No offer to work this out or anything. Feels like bait and switch. I will NOT be buying from them again and will be vocal about my change of heart to others. More

We bought a new Prius from Bredemann with salesman Mike Durante. Everything so far 100% straight and on the up-and-up. We are still awaiting paperwork transfer from State of Illinois. After a while he helped me understand how the whole process works with looking at my credit till how I would be billed. Mike was a great help and made my purchase of buying a car smooth. This is not what I expected I came in to buy a new car. Dave Lurie worked with me in exploring options that are best for me. He spend a good amount of time helping me without me I came in to buy a new car. Dave Lurie worked with me in exploring options that are best for me.
