I was in shopping mode - not purchasing. I worked with Dave Lurie who not only was pleasant & knowledgeable but he was also honest & didn't say silly things like - the vehicle has 12 cup holders. He asked probing questions like How long do you keep your vehicles? How many miles do you put on them per year? Do you prefer more power - ie V8 or economy? I also was pleasantly surprised how friendly and efficiently the buying process was run since I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle that day (no car title / no checks with me / nothing). Great experience purchasing a new vehicle! My wife and I visited Tuesday (1/22/19) to find a replacement car for her. We were interested in a RAV4. Syed Hussain pointed out the advantages of My wife and I visited Tuesday (1/22/19) to find a replacement car for her. We were interested in a RAV4. Syed Hussain pointed out the advantages of a trim level we were looking at. My wife and I both tested one of the available models. After some deliberation, Syed suggested a 2018 model, and made an offer to us which we accepted. On Wednesday, we came back to finalize the purchase, and Jesus Padin guided us through the purchase arithmetic, and guided us pleasantly through any additional warranty options we might be interested in. Syed later guided us through an overview of the vehicle (including using Bluetooth technology to connect our phones with the vehicle's entertainment system) before my wife drove it home. The whole process was smooth and as painless as such a transaction can be. Thanks very much. More
