Charlie did a great job of explaining things and we were allowed to test drive our future car on two separate occasions without a problem. He is very personable and does his job with a tremendous amount of professionalism. When it came to negotiating I did feel like my initial offer was shot down in a strong manner. I felt as if I was a child being scolded for "low-balling". I'd like to think I received a fair deal on my Toyota RAV4 but I accept responsibility for not being as well versed as I should have been. In the future I'd consider buying another car from Bredemann but I do plan on looking at other Toyota dealerships to compare prices. More

He took us for My wife and I were very pleased with our buying experience at Bredemann Toyota for a new RAV4. Charlie Schiller was our salesperson. He took us for a test drive and explained a lot of the features on the RAV4. We then sat down and negotiated a price. His initial offer was more than we wanted to pay. We offered a lower price, Charlie went to the sales manager, and that lower price was approved! Charlie was very friendly and low key throughout the process, which we appreciated. The only issue was that we had to wait 1.5 hours to meet with the business manager to sign all the papers to finalize the transaction. But it was Black Friday, and a lot of people must have been buying cars, so we understood. More
