He took us for a test drive and explained a lot of the features on the RAV4. We then sat down and negotiated a price. His initial offer was more than we wanted to pay. We offered a lower price, Charlie went to the sales manager, and that lower price was approved! Charlie was very friendly and low key throughout the process, which we appreciated. The only issue was that we had to wait 1.5 hours to meet with the business manager to sign all the papers to finalize the transaction. But it was Black Friday, and a lot of people must have been buying cars, so we understood. More
