Nothing wrong with the dealership in general, but there are way better dealerships out there. They didn't give us any discounts for financing with them (75 to 80% dealerships do), they never gave us any of are way better dealerships out there. They didn't give us any discounts for financing with them (75 to 80% dealerships do), they never gave us any offers along with the car (it's super super standard to give customers free carwashes for life, but they wanted us to pay 5 bucks monthly for that), and when I found a missing panel in the trunk, I was told that it was received that way. What kind of dealership wouldn't inform their customer about that? Was it wrong of us to trust our salespersons word? Apparently so. Having bought a lot of cars, there are better dealerships out there (McGrath for starters). Our salesperson also wasn't the best to work with. We appreciated their patience and cooperation, but they were clearly inexperienced as a salesperson. We had to repeat our points several times and we've had way way better conversations in literally every other dealership. More
