Went to purchase a GLC . .my first mercedes suv ever. I was bit skeptical initially because of wait on my first visit .. but it was only they were under-staffed .. however Jil .my first mercedes suv ever. I was bit skeptical initially because of wait on my first visit .. but it was only they were under-staffed .. however Jill Sardina received us very well as soon as she could and arranged for test drive right away. She really understood what we are looking for in our next car and got back to us with options as soon as we have set our mind. She really went out of the way on couple of requests we had . i) finding the car with options and packages we are looking for at our price range. ii) needed to hold the vehicle for extended period due to other commitments. purchase process , financing , documentation etc., she and her team made it so easy for us and saved lot of time and hassel. Would definetly recommend the dealer and people working there and their willingness to help people with their next car. More

All my emails were answered in a mannerly time frame , and I sent her about 60+ messages. She always told me to come in person to view the vehicles; she even took the time to even put me in BOSS car to show me certain features of the car. I felt so welcomed when I sat her desk.
