Everyone one that we dealt with at the dealership was very nice and helpful I recommend Seth 100%. I can’t recommend Suntrup Nissan in good faith. Everyone one that we dealt with at the dealership was very nice and helpful, however there were lots of things that just didn’t sit well with us. We made the original apt. to come see a 2023 Pathfinder Platinum that was brand new with approximately 12 miles on it. However, when we arrived the car was terribly dirty inside and out and had almost 5000 miles on it. They told us an owners wife had been driving it, and then about 2 weeks later, they started referring to it as a demo car. We did go ahead and made the deal to purchase, but we still aren’t happy with the miles. We’ll get over it. Another apt to get the ceramic coating was messed up so we still haven’t gotten that done yet. We love the Pathfinder but Suntrup needs some help. They are in the middle of building a brand new building next door. Maybe when they get in it and get better organized things will be better. We are from Southern Illinois, so we won’t be going to Suntrup for service, we will use Nissan of Marion. It’s simply a lot closer. They did the 5000 mile service and oil change before we left with it, but we didn’t deal directly with any of them. More
