Pleasant Experience We were looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my wife, she likes convertibles but never owned a wrangler. Jerry was very knowledgeable with the Jeeps he exp We were looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my wife, she likes convertibles but never owned a wrangler. Jerry was very knowledgeable with the Jeeps he explained all the features on the different models. Then after deciding on a Wrangler Sport S ; you have the numbers game. While working with Jerry we met Bill one of the managers I informed both Bill and Jerry what we were looking to spend. Both were very accommodating and with the assistance of Jim and Jan in financing we were able to close the deal on the vehicle my wife wanted. We would like to thank everyone at the dealership for the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. More

The worst total car buying experience,that I ever had ! I never had to reach out to a car dealership owner before;but it didn't matter.I had real issues.I called,and left a message for David Kelleher-and he I never had to reach out to a car dealership owner before;but it didn't matter.I had real issues.I called,and left a message for David Kelleher-and he never got back to me.My only guess is that he really doesn't care.It showed as much,with the way my whole experience went.It's like the old saying,"if you don't have anything nice to say,don't say it"! Flawless, and extremely happy.. No response from Sales Manager (Jim Ackins) or the owner Dav Purchased 2018 Grand Cherokee Laredo iin Nov. 2017. In Jan. we noticed that the right front tire was leaking. We went to the Service Depart. They c Purchased 2018 Grand Cherokee Laredo iin Nov. 2017. In Jan. we noticed that the right front tire was leaking. We went to the Service Depart. They claimed they fixed the leaked. However the tire continued to leak. When we confronted the service department about this, they said they had no record that they serviced the leak. They would not honor a new tire. Pursued matter and was informed that sales manager (Jim Ackins) would pay for half the expense of a new tire. This is not proper. We paid cash for this vehicle. When we received the order back it noted that they replaced the right rear tire. It was the right front tire. Based on the fact that they did not believe that we advised them of the leak previously and now they are indicating that it was wrong tire they replaced, requested that this be corrected as they never believe anything we say. Requested a copy of the warranty on this tire. No can do. Sales man (Gary Celotto) would not believe that my husband worked for Boeing even though he had a Boeing Jacket on. No discount. Kept us for hours More

The car was delivered as promised in a timely manner. Jim approached me and thanked me personally for the purchase. Jan was very friendly and made signing all the paperwork fast and easy and was a pleasant experience. I was very impressed how seamless the whole process transpired. It would be safe to say that Jim Atkins assembled one of the best sales staff that I have ever dealt with. More

I'm not an idiot and I definitely know what I want and I'm not bowing down. I met Sharif at GMC 3 years ago when I leased my GMC Terrain. He was the only one I trusted and always joked that if he left GMC, I'd be leaving as a customer. I sent him multiple referrals and everyone that I sent purchased a car from him. He was honest, upfront and didn't try to play me. In 3 years my family purchased/leased 4 vehicles from him directly, as well as a friend who leased 2 vehicles. My GMC lease was quickly expiring and I had to make a quick decision on what I wanted to do. Keep the Terrain or go with a new vehicle. If I went with a new vehicle, do I stay with GMC or look elsewhere? I LOVED my GMC Terrain, however, GMC thought it was a good idea to totally change the body style and make the inside smaller. Not a fan at all of the new Terrain model. I test drove the GMC Acadia, but didn't necessarily need that much bigger of an SUV. Sharif knew right away that I wasn't a fan of the new Terrain and told me if it didn't feel right, don't do it. I appreciated the fact that he continued to stand up for me, even if it meant a loss in a new car sale. Fast forward a couple months and I reached out to him regarding a new car. To my shock, GMC stupidly let him leave and go to a new dealership. I always told him I'd follow wherever he went, and it lead me to David Dodge in Glen Mills. Honestly, I've NEVER wanted a Jeep, just wasn't anything I was interested in, nor did I think I could afford. I told him I'd come in and see what was there, but I really didn't think I'd be interested in buying. Sharif just appreciated the fact that I'd be willing to come in just to give him a shot at the new dealership. Well let me tell you, David Dodge dealership really impressed me. From the large, comfy waiting area, the huge bathrooms (hey, I notice these things!) and tons of delicious snacks they have out for free, this place was already a HUGE upgrade over my last dealership. I told Sharif what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. He spent several hours with me test driving and letting me walk around the lot to see what caught my eye. I ended up falling in love with the Grand Cherokee, again, wasn't even interested in it to begin with. Once I got behind the wheel of the beast of a V6, I knew it had to be mine! The finance office ran numbers and we went back and forth, but in the end it just wasn't going to work for me. Sharif asked me to give him a chance to see what he could do and he'd be in touch. A few days later, Sharif not only got me the price I wanted, he had already located the exact color Jeep I wanted at another dealership. When I say I was floored, I truly mean it. To have someone go so far above and beyond just speaks volumes. Within a couple of days I was in my new ride driving all over town. An enormous thank you goes out to Sharif Mosley, Jason Finley & Jim Atkins. If it wasn't for you guys, I'd still be riding around in my 4 cylinder and be getting stuck in the upcoming winter snow. It's also amazing that they have night and weekend hours for their service department. I've never found an auto shop, let alone a dealership that offers late night hours during the week and is opened so late on a Saturday! It's really helpful, especially when you work regular 9-5 hours during the week. Please go see Sharif and let him know I sent you. You will not be disappointed, he treats you like family! More

David Dodge is my dealer of choice, and no one else even comes close. I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and when the time comes to trade one in on a newer model, I will ONLY do business with David Kelleher's staff. I can tell you wholeheartedly that I am thrilled with every aspect of their business model: Make the customer happy, give great deals, and above all treat the customer with respect. With regard to their mission, they succeeded on every level. I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for my youngest daughter, and they had a 75th Anniversary Edition available. I reached out to Brian Francis in sales, and within 24 hours the car was certified and ready for pick up. The price was better than anywhere else in the entire country, and believe me I did my due diligence. Brian had given me his cell phone number and he was always available to answer my questions. To assure everything went perfect Alyssa Mumley contacted me and told me in the event I could not get a hold of Brian, she would do anything to assist me. Upon arrival at the dealership to pick up my Jeep, as usual I took a few minutes to speak with General Manager Jim Atkins. Regardless of how busy Jim is, he makes time for me. If I owned a business, there is no doubt I would want Jim as my right hand man, he's great. The apple does not fall far from the tree, as his daughter Jackie is a greeter and always welcomes you with a smile. Most Finance dealings are tedious and drawn out, but not at David Dodge. Jan McGill is simply a doll and handles the paperwork attached to the purchase quickly and as smooth as silk. I challenge anyone to find a better dealership than David Dodge. Go ahead, look around, get prices on what your looking to buy. Once your done, go to David Dodge, the ONLY dealership I will purchase cars and trucks from, you will not be disappointed!!! More
