Ongoing Issues I purchased a 2016 Durango in October 2016. The first 90 days I owned it, the dealership had it 48 of those days. It had to have 3 separate paint sess I purchased a 2016 Durango in October 2016. The first 90 days I owned it, the dealership had it 48 of those days. It had to have 3 separate paint sessions because of poor factory paint and shotty at best body shop paint job. It was so bad the Service Mgr stopped returning my calls and simply avoided me when I would arrive at the dealership. I then spent $1200 of my own money to have the vehicle ceramic coated to protect their paint work. Then there was the known trans downshift issue that wasn't solved because I still have the issue. Then there was there was the wipers not working issue, which took 3 separate trips for them to "hopefully" solve. During the last trip, they offered to get me out of it which is nothing more than a trade in process. Mind you, I've been having issues since day 1 but they are drastically deducting the value for every mile I've drive the defective vehicle. If the offer to trade in was done earlier in the process I would have done it then. It felt like it was planned this way. I love my suv and would have traded for the same, but simply didn't like the way it was handled by the sales team ... Also the service advisors were very courteous and did their very best to keep me informed other the the manager. More

Average car purchase too much Xtra B.S. pushing. I was pitched that the drivetrain was covered to 3yr 36,000mi.....and convinced to purchase an extended warranty to go to 7 yr 85,000 mi....I go to a I was pitched that the drivetrain was covered to 3yr 36,000mi.....and convinced to purchase an extended warranty to go to 7 yr 85,000 mi....I go to another dealer for service... ask the service writer"how long is the drivetrain warranty" ...... So now I am told by another Dodge dealer that the basic Dodge drivetrain warranty is 5yrs 100,000 mi.....the extended warranty doesn't do anything except add a 1.5 years to the time...pathetic if you ask me. More

Above and Beyond I brought my Jeep in for service and ended up buying not one but two vehicles from David Dodge. Ken Gray was incredibly helpful and really worked with my budget to make the sales possible. Thanks to both Ken and David. After mentioning two minor issues with washer fluid and inspection stickers and expressing concern about a battery, all were fixed immediately and Jim Atkins and Jan McGill added a bonus of Essential Care Plus for 3 years on both cars. They both went above and beyond to make things right and the extra service really proves that they care about their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell. Many, many thanks to David Dodge for the positive car buying experience!!! More
