Hi, I’m Jim Beatty Sales Consultant for Germain Honda of Dublin. In May 2019 I chose to enter the automotive business and I’m excited to bring my extensive customer service background to Germain. I believe that appreciation of our guests as well as taking great care of them will build loyalty. Born and raised in Mansfield allowed me the opportunity to meet many people from diverse backgrounds. I graduated from DePauw University with a BA in history. I relocated to Columbus in 1995 after graduating from college. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy watching baseball, concerts and playing with my dog. If I were a superhero it would be Batman for all the cool gadgets he has. I have an eclectic taste in music, so I can usually enjoy whatever is playing. Vacations have me escaping the city, so I can kick back and relax. A few bits of info about me, I was 5th in my HS graduating class and I have a pretty good memory. The CRV is my favorite Honda I find it to be sporty yet utilitarian.

As a young woman who was shopping for a vehicle on her own, I had my worries about being hustled. Fortunately, this didn’t happen at Germain Honda. Not only was Jim honest with me from the very beginning, own, I had my worries about being hustled. Fortunately, this didn’t happen at Germain Honda. Not only was Jim honest with me from the very beginning, but he also took the time to listen to all of my wants/concerns and address them with patience. I was able to leave in a wonderful, reliable car feeling confident that I had gotten a good deal. Thanks Jim! More

I test drove a couple cars. Jim worked with me and my dad to figure out what was in my price range. When I found THE CAR, Jim made the paperwork flow easily and I was out the door by six pm. The entire experience was comfortable and flowed-- I never felt pressured to look at a certain car, and I never felt I could get a better deal. To put it simply, I feel I got the best car in my price range. I told Jim what I was comfortable paying monthly, and even with still owing on my old car, I came out with an even better car than I imagined at the amount I told him I wanted to pay. The finance and general managers (sorry, I do not remember everyone's name) were also friendly and helpful. My overall experience here was wonderful, and I especially thank Jim for helping me find my beautiful car! More

Absolutely great experience from start to finish - there is honestly no need to shop around after visiting this dealership, as pricing truly is fair and transparent. This is not very common to find a sales person that will tell you the truth! Jim also went out of his way and got me a remote for the Toyota Camry I bought. I will highly recommend to my friends and family when they need a car! Thank you very much Jim for an awesome car buying experience! More
