Hi, I’m Jim Beatty Sales Consultant for Germain Honda of Dublin. In May 2019 I chose to enter the automotive business and I’m excited to bring my extensive customer service background to Germain. I believe that appreciation of our guests as well as taking great care of them will build loyalty. Born and raised in Mansfield allowed me the opportunity to meet many people from diverse backgrounds. I graduated from DePauw University with a BA in history. I relocated to Columbus in 1995 after graduating from college. When I’m away from the dealership I enjoy watching baseball, concerts and playing with my dog. If I were a superhero it would be Batman for all the cool gadgets he has. I have an eclectic taste in music, so I can usually enjoy whatever is playing. Vacations have me escaping the city, so I can kick back and relax. A few bits of info about me, I was 5th in my HS graduating class and I have a pretty good memory. The CRV is my favorite Honda I find it to be sporty yet utilitarian.

I loved buying a car from Germain Honda I didn’t have Logan horn I worked with Jim Beatty and he was the best. Not pushy but had good knowledge and I felt like he was working for my best interest. My salesman Jim was fantastic. Sales manager was also very good. Did not have as good of experience with the financing process. Dante was very polite and cordial, but very pushy wi Sales manager was also very good. Did not have as good of experience with the financing process. Dante was very polite and cordial, but very pushy with the add-on charges of warranty and gap insurance. Multiple people tried to convince me that I needed one or both of them Had to tell them multiple times I was not interested. It’s too bad that is the last impression you have at the dealership when everyone else was so wonderful. More
