Jim Berlin is a family man who treats his customers the way he would like his family treated when bringing their cars in for service. Getting to the cause of a problem is the best way to resolve the issue and leads to the possibility of a warrantied service item. Either way, finding the “why” of a service problem leads to the proper actions being taken and a satisfied customer. Jim is a “car guy” and has been in the car business almost as long as he has been married, 35 and 36 years respectively. With 3 girls of his own and 3 grandchildren, it is easy to see why some of Jim’s hobbies involve flowers, plants and home repair. He balances it all with cruising, because Jim’s a cool grandfather. Between the Florida Gators and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jim has staked out his sporting interests and enjoys a business career where he wins the respect of employees and customers alike.

They listen to the concern I have with my car and go right to work to find the problem. They make waiting time as short as possible, if it’s going to be long, they will drive you home and pick you up wh right to work to find the problem.
