I would strongly recommend anyone from conducting business here. What happened to be is very close to being illegal. I was unknowingly charged $9000 above sticker price on my new Tundra. I was only i business here. What happened to be is very close to being illegal. I was unknowingly charged $9000 above sticker price on my new Tundra. I was only interested in leasing my truck, but after Alan the financing manager could not get the lease done at such a ridiculously high price he turned on his charm and convinced me after a 6 hour long ordeal to switch to a buy - saying I would equity. Instead of allowing me to thoroughly read my paperwork- Alan held the IPad and signed everything for me after only letting me sign my signature once. I was never allowed to see the purchase price. I was never allowed to see an interest rate. I was never allowed to see the $7000 worth of GAP insurance, and extended warranties they also added on unbeknownst to me. It was a despicable lack of respect and basic human dignity that shown. When I brought the entire ordeal up to the management staff the next day after I dug and found the paperwork in my email Toyota sent me- they laughed at me and told me all sales are final. More

BUYER BEWARE - Rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I live in NC and bought a car from them over the internet in August of 2021. I asked for a video to show any potential issues, but the video did not I live in NC and bought a car from them over the internet in August of 2021. I asked for a video to show any potential issues, but the video did not fully disclose items like the tire tread being non-existent and things like the ashtray not functioning. I let all of that go, but then last month when it started getting cold in NC I realized the back defrost wasn't working. I took it to a mechanic, and they said the defrost wires had been scraped off. Well, the only thing I asked Delray to do before shipping to car to me was to replace all of the window tint, so the car would be legal in NC. It is obvious that the person removing the tint scraped it off versus using heat to pull it off. I contacted Delray about the issue, and that is when they showed their true colors. First, I spoke with Jeff Delap and he was confrontational from the start. He started throwing the As Is clause in my face immediately, interrupted me numerous times and even accused me of possibly damaging the defrost wires myself. I even mentioned that I would using the internet to write a review, and he told me people do that all of the time and he didn't care. After I hung up, I called back to speak with the General Manager Charles Pierce, but I was put to someone else's voicemail. I then called back, and I was put through to Jim Riger who is the head of sales. I explained to Jim my dissatisfaction with Jeff and his response. Jim was very pleasant and said he would speak with Charles about my concerns and get back to me. I thanked him for that and wished Jeff would have handled me in the same fashion, to which Jim said that is why he is the head of sales and Jeff isn't. Jim called me back the next business day after his conversation with Charles. He said he told Charles everything I said, and Charles response was the same as Jeff's, saying that I bought is As Is, that Delray Toyota has no responsibility to make this right and that I could have possibly been the one that damaged the wires. The resolution from Charles was to give me $200, which isn't anything close to full reimbursement. When I pressed Jim on all of this, his demeanor changed immediately and he started being just as rude to me as Jeff, interrupting me and saying he wasn't going to listen to me anymore. I told him that I wasn't going to dishonor myself for $200, and if they weren't willing to make me whole then they could keep their money. He then hung up. I based my decision to buy from Delray Toyota based on the reviews they received, so I am writing this review to let everyone know that in this instance they were very poor and took advantage of the buyer not being there in person. Bought 2020 4runner sr5 here - miserable experience: sales & finance departments provide misleading info (i.e. they lie). Ed Morse had third-party (S.A.T. in Ft. Laud) install power liftgate pre-sales. sales & finance departments provide misleading info (i.e. they lie). Ed Morse had third-party (S.A.T. in Ft. Laud) install power liftgate pre-sales. Power liftgate failed first day of ownership. Took ed morse another 30 hours to correct, but power liftgate failed after another 5 weeks. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SYSTEM - almost hurt child while liftgate did it's erratic open/close act .. key was out of ignition. Have videos to show. Dealer refuses to take responsibility for this matter.
