I was just really looking to see if what I wanted was there, not ready to buy 100%. As soon as i saw the models I knew I wanted the red 2011 corolla. Jerry came up to me and asked if he could help. We went in. he helped me a lot. He was working with me giving me options. My score wasn't that perfect so i thought i was rejected, But to my surprise he said we can help. I was very happy with the customer service. Even though we went in late at night and it was extreamly cold outside, the salesman still came out to show us the cars we were looking at (this did not happen a we went in late at night and it was extreamly cold outside, the salesman still came out to show us the cars we were looking at (this did not happen at the Nissan dealer next door were I sat for 20 min without anyone even saying high so I left). Went in originally to just compair cars and decided to run the numbers. I explained it was late and I didnt want to spend alot of time going back and forth. They agreed and we were able to make a deal very fast once the sales manager Jim got involved. Overall one of the best car buying experinces I have had. More

I bought a new Toyota Camry from Elk Grove Toyota and I was very pleased with how accommodating Jim Blacksten and Martin were during the transaction. Conflicting reasons as to who authorizes service; sales manager says he has no say on the service side, the service manager says the sales manager needs to approve the work (which one is it!!!). The vehic manager says he has no say on the service side, the service manager says the sales manager needs to approve the work (which one is it!!!). The vehicle pulled to the right as my wife test drove it, the salesman said it would be taken care of if purchased. When it was brought in we were told that all vehicles pull to the right and that it would not be fixed. The car also was in to have the hood buffed and paint the rear bumper. When picking up the car I noticed deep scratches in the front passenger side door. The sales manager and advisor are saying it was there when I purchased the car. The repairs have been completed to my wife and my satisfaction. EG Toyota did work with us to make sure we were satisfied with their service. Mark and Brian took the time to work with me and make sure everything was repaired. I can say even though we were not in agreement at first, they did make things good in the end. More
