Grease oil filter, Tire rotation, recall work Jim Bramel is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is straight to the point and when he says a time your vehicle will be ready, he means it. He has Jim Bramel is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is straight to the point and when he says a time your vehicle will be ready, he means it. He has never been a minute late from the time he tells me. Jim is also very accommodating to me every time I come in for service. If it's a ride home he arranges it, if I ask him to look into something other than what I'm having my vehicle serviced for he gets me an answer. All around Jim Bramel is the Tom Brady of the service department. He's simply the BEST!!! Thanks again Jim I'll for sure be using you for all my future service needs at Lake Ford. More
